Practical Gear Solutions (PGS) designs and manufactures gear fixtures, hydro-expanding mandrels and clamping solutions for machining and inspection. Founded by Deepak Vaishnav to address the fixture and clamping challenges of gear manufacturers, PGS brings a practical manufacturing perspective to each application.
Our work begins with the component, its locating surfaces, the machine interface and the operation to be performed. These requirements guide the clamping concept, fixture design and manufacturing process.
